Q: I'm crashing after updating my game What should I do?

A: Some devices have issues when updating games. The quickest fix is turning your phone off and on again. You can reboot your device by either:

1. Hold down the power button for 15 seconds
2. Hold down the home + power button for 15 seconds

Q: Which platforms are currently supported?

A: We support devices that have a minimum of iOS16 and Android 26.
